Money In It For Everyone
JOHN BENNETT
(originally sent out to Bennett’s email list)
The rosy crucifixion. The slipshod execution. Hit him with the stun gun and then pump a cocktail in his vein, bad man who got high on cocaine. Watch him twitch and foam, you’re safe, he’s strapped down in nine different places.
There’s money in it for everyone, the butcher, the baker and the maker of straps; the warden who’s putting his kid thru grad school, the padre with his Bible.
Joseph Campbell was a brilliant entertainer with a high I.Q who reshaped other people’s dreams. I would have liked to hear what he had to say after nine months in solitary.
